In the Office


Kevin Smith – Managing Director

Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. Building an extensive experience and knowledge in project management and quality control. Kevin has 35 years experience of property renovation. Kevin’s qualifications include, carpentry and electrics, mechanical engineering, CAE, CAM, robotics, electronics, pneumatics & hydraulic systems.
In his spare time Kevin likes to restore classic cars & cycling.

Danielle Whitehouse – Financial Director

Danielle joined Arc back in early 2012, with 25 years experience in all aspects of accountancy and auditing, including people management, payroll, budget and cashflows, together with 16 years of experience in auditing a variety of different companies. Qualifications include; Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Member of Association of Accounting Technicians.
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and the restoration of the family home.

Daniel Shaw – Project Manager

Daniel joined Arc back in 2015, working as an administrator. Daniel has progressed through the company until he became project manager 4 years ago. Daniel has 20 years experience in administration within the building/construction environment.
In his spare time Daniel likes to spend time with his family and dogs.

Stuart Smith – Workshop Supervisor

Stuart has been with Arc since 2007, working alongside Kevin installing cabinets and worktops around the UK. Later moving into the manufacturing side. Stuart is a very experienced and capable Solid Surface fabricator, completed training and licensed by CD UK, he brings the ”handmade worktops to life” and has a real passion for his work.

Linda Ford – Office Manager

Linda has been with Arc for a short time of 9 months. Linda has really settled in and is enjoying her role managing the Arc office. Linda has over 25 years of experience in administration and supervising. Linda’s main strengths are within the customer service sector, having spent many years as a training officer for three major blue chip companies. Linda has various related qualifications, the most recent being “Managing to Leading” which gave her some great insight as to effectively managing a workforce.
In her spare time Linda likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Tracey Pearce – Recover Specialist

Tracey joined ARC back in 2018 as Office Administer, based on her many years in payroll and administration, Tracey quickly became the sole administrator for Recover Upholstery. Tracey currently gives her entire focus to managing recovers busy schedule and working closely with our customers.
In her spare time Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and walking in the countryside.
